Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Makes one large bowl or 2-4 small bowls/cups

- 1 cup frozen banana
- 2 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup milk (your choice: dairy, oat, coconut. . .)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- OPTIONAL: 1-2 tablespoons sugar
Toppings:
- blueberries
- bananas
- chia seeds

Directions:
- Put all the above ingredients into your blender (in order above).
- Put the lid on and begin to blend.
- Use a tamper to move the fruit around. If the smoothie seems too thick then add milk 1/8 at a time till it reaches your desired consistency. Do not add too much milk or it will become a drink rather than a bowl.
- Once the ingredients are fully blended, scoop into a bowl and arrange your toppings!
