Makes one 8x8 pan

ree

3/4 cup of salted butter (softened) 1 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 large eggs 1/2 cup all purpose flour • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees (f) and line an 8x8 plan with parchment paper, or grease it. •Start by creating together your softened butter and sugar until it’s fluffy and light in color, about 5-10 minutes. Then add your cocoa powder and combine slowly ( + thoroughly) so you don’t get dusted with a cocoa cloud :)

•Once combined, add the salt and vanilla, give a quick mix. Then add one egg at a time, mixing thoroughly between each addition. •Finally, add your flour. Don't overmix your batter, or your brownies will be a lil tough. The batter will be much thicker than traditional brownie batter, don’t worry, that’s exactly what you want. Feel free to add chocolate chips if you’d like! •Spread your batter in an even layer in your 8x8 dish. Bake in the 325 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or till the edges are firming up (but the center should still seem underdone). •Let the brownies cool for 20-

30 minutes, or until firmed up in the center, then slice. Top off with some ice cream and ENJOY!!
